In June 2026, Nagarjun Learning Center held its Yearly Free Health Camp & Free Medications Distribution at our centre in Dhading — a remote mountain community where the nearest hospital is far out of reach.

In places this isolated, basic care means a long, costly journey that most families cannot make; for many, even a small medical store is unaffordable. To bring care closer to home, our whole team made the trip, joined by two volunteer doctors — Dr. Babin Basyal and Dr. Kissan Adhikari — who provided free health check-ups and free medicines to children and families from the community.

As an annual commitment, this free health camp is part of how Nagarjun Learning Center stands beside families in Nepal’s most remote settlements — and we look forward to returning again next year.
